I was so very appreciative of the help given by Gary this morning. My key fob stopped working, I had no idea what I was doing and bless him he helped change the battery and gave me details of local locksmith. One of those moments that restores your faith there are kind people! Thanks team, if I had a ford I would definitely bring it to your garage!

I started having my car serviced at Bear St Garage after the chain that owned the previous dealership I used decided to close it. Bear St Garage feels like a family run business, customer service is exceptional and communication with their technicians has been easy and open in nature. 10/10 and thanks!

Very Positive dealing with Gary and his team. No high pressure sales - allowed us to view and test drive several cars. Offered good trade in price and discount. When we had a slight electrical issue which took quite a while to diagnose they rectified it with no quibbles. Would definitely use again.
